BOLLARDS, BARRIERS, TYRE STOPS & CURBS

Bollards are usually sturdy, short vertical posts which can be used to block vehicles off, mark boundaries, guide traffic, protect property by blocking access etc without the need for a fence.
Barriers can either be permanent or designed to be moved to control the flow of traffic & pedestrians. They are often used as safety equipment, which restricts access to public and private places & can bear the bright fluorescent colourings.
A boom barrier (or boom gate), is a bar or pole pivoted, the tip of a boom gate rises in a vertical arc to a near vertical position. Boom barriers are often counterweighted, so the pole is easily tipped.
Wheel stops are used mainly in car parking areas to provide a method for vehicles to come to a complete stop without the chance of driving into pedestrians, a fence, enclosure, barrier, or kerb.
Concrete kerbs for vehicle assess can be added if installing a new gate at your property to protect the underside of your car.
